8.10.10 MOUNTAIN STAGE NEXT WEEKEND
Gary’s performance on NPR’s nationally syndicated show “Mountain Stage” will air next weekend (beginning August 13th) on NPR stations nationwide. Check HERE for stations and air times in your area. If you miss it, his set will be posted at NPR.org/mountainstage the following week. Other performers include Jill Hennessey and the Indigo Girls. The show was originally recorded 9.29.09.

7.25.10 August Hotel Cafe Shows
GJ will play the Hotel Cafe two Tuesdays in August. On August 10th the show starts at 9pm with Holly Conlan. If you haven’t seen her yet, you should. Holly sang with Gary Jules and the Group Rules in 2007 - 2009, and will be out on the road opening for Sara Bareilles later this year — don’t miss this opportunity to see her in warm confines of the Ho ho. GJ is on at 10pm.
On August 17th GJ is back to the regular 9pm slot, with uber-songstress Rachel Yamagata at 10pm.

Happy to announce that GJ will be in Los Angeles starting next week, and will do a very intimate solo acoustic set at the Hotel Cafe at 9pm on July 1st with the amazing Garrison Starr at 8pm. Advance tickets available HERE.

1.20.10 GJ on ABC’s ‘Private Practice’ Tomorrow 1.21.10
Gary Jules’ “The Old Days Are Gone” will be on ABC’s ‘Private Practice’ (Grey’s Anatomy spin-off) tomorrow night, Thursday January 21st, at 10pm. Hallelujah!
Also, “Falling Awake” was on the premiere episode of CW’s ‘Life Unexpected’ on January 19th. Both the show and the song were apparently very well received, although we wouldn’t actually know because we didn’t hear about it until today. Pray for re-runs.

8.25.09 GJ LIVE AT LIME SESSION AVAILABLE NOW!
A solo live recording of 7 songs, including 4 brand new previously un-released Gary Jules tunes is now available HERE. The session took place in New York City on July 23rd for LimeWire’s ‘Live at Lime’ series. Full band versions of the new songs — Fated, Horses, Shatemuc, and The Lighter Things — will be available on GJ’s next studio album, but these demos are available exclusively from LimeWire (a partner of CdBaby!).
Previously recorded songs include Falling Awake, The Devil Keeps Grinning, and Wichita.
